COMING BACK...
My husband and I relocate from Philadelphia to Ithaca in 2000. Setting down roots in a new place coincides with an opportunity for me to learn a new trade - building. After almost thirteen years of working to create more sustainable spaces of light and natural beauty for people, I leave to focus on my own imagination. Fortunately, I am in a position to work part-time while finding my way back to the studio.

During this period, beginning in early 2014, I set up a studio at home, get back into the practice of assembling pieces, play with different kinds of glass, and - most importantly - take a workshop in glass painting. The 'Bluebird" is the result of that painting workshop, and represents a direction I will be exploring more deeply in the future.
