STAINED GLASS STUDIO

This is a series of small panels using the Fremont (multi-streaked) glass that I had left over from my panel, Beneath the Surface. Fremont glass is produced here in the U.S. using the old-world, hand-blown tradition, which results in amazing, unique color effects. I used the Fremont glass as a starting point in each of these pieces. Vibrantly-colored glasses are then chosen to play off of the Fremont piece, cut down into various shapes and sizes, and then moved around until everything 'fits'.
